We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is marked as delivered.

  • Free of damage not caused by us

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:

  • Is damaged during delivery

  • Is incorrect (wrong item sent)

5. Inspection & Approval

 


All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.


If you would like a different item, you must:

 

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

8. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.


If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

 


Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.

 


 

 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

 


If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us through our store.

 


 

 

10. Order Issues (Damaged / Incorrect Items)

 


Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.


Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
